All guests MUST take the scheduled shuttle to and from the wedding venue!!!

The Seneca Ridge has limited parking, and parking spots are prioritized for vendors and guests that need to arrive early for wedding events. Even if you are coming from Corning and not spending the night, you are required to park in the designated pick-up spot and take the shuttle to and from the event. More information on shuttle pick-up and drop-off is below as well as in the Q&A tab.

The REQUIRED shuttle will pick-up and drop-off guests in THREE locations:

1. If you are staying overnight in GENEVA - the shuttle will pick-up and drop-off guests at 2 Park Place. Please be ready out front at 3:00pm.

2. If you are staying overnight at EITHER HOTEL BLOCK - the shuttle will pick-up and drop-off at both hotels. Please be ready out front at 3:15pm.

3. If you are DRIVING HOME - Whether you are driving back to Corning or to another Airbnb on the lake, please drive to and park at The Lux Hotel & Conference Center at 2468 NY-414, Waterloo, NY 13165. Please be ready out front at 3:15pm.

Many wedding party & family members are staying in the town of Geneva! The best option for staying in Geneva is to rent an Airbnb. Please look through Airbnb, Vrbo, or other rental apps. The wedding shuttle will pick-up and drop-off in downtown Geneva. Check back for times.

You can obviously stay in any hotel or rental home that you'd like. The shuttle will only be picking up at the Ascend Lux Hotel in Waterloo and in downtown Geneva. If you are staying somewhere else on the lake, please drive to one of these locations for the shuttle.

All airports are 50+ minutes away from our wedding location. After flying into your chosen airport, we highly encourage that you rent a car as Uber/Lyft availability can be limited around the lakes.

The closest airports to Geneva, NY are the Elmira Corning Regional Airport in Big Flats, NY and the Ithaca Tompkins International Airport (ITH) in Ithaca, NY. Both of these airports are around 1 hour away from Geneva and are likely more expensive and have less flight options than flying into larger airports.

Larger commercial airports that we frequently fly into when traveling to NY are the Frederick Douglas Greater Rochester International Airport (50 minutes away), the Syracuse Hancock International Airport (1-hour away) Buffalo Niagara International Airport (1-hour and 30-minutes away).
